A holistic approach to Yoga

My embodied yoga offerings are here to bring you support for your well-being, transformation, and healing. We will work with asana, pranayama, meditation, mudra and mantra so we can all come home to our body and connect to our inner wisdom. To experience the fulfilment of simply being alive. 

I also work with somatic movement practices which is all about the inner experience rather than what it looks like. Through somatic practices we release overthinking and any sense of control to reach a certain goal. Instead, we surrender to the natural flow and let it guide us. 

This allows us to restore balance in the nervous system.

Yoga: Prestations

Private Yoga

Deepen your foundation and learn to live Yoga in daily life. With guidance and support you will embark on an inward journey tailored to you. 

In these private sessions we look at your unique needs, interests, and challenges. You will gain insights in habits and patterns that have been established and that might have caused you suffering. 

This program may help you when you are dealing with issues like stress, posture imbalances, indigestion, injuries, emotional imbalance and many more. We will address things on a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual level. This will restore the balance within so you can feel relaxed and confident at the same time. 


For this private yoga program we can meet in person or via zoom.

Yoga Group Classes

Group classes are for me a beautiful way of sharing energy and being in a community. I believe in a holistic practice with a combination of Yoga, Pranayama, Mindfulness and Meditation where it all comes down to pure awareness. To understand who and what we really are is a self-discovery. In my classes the main focus is to create a safe space in which we can have the opportunity to explore, to create, to share and to learn in a playful way. To flow with grace in a fluid way while we keep on listening to the wisdom of the body.  
I teach a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Prana flow, Gentle flow, Yin, Restorative and Hatha. 
My classes are inspired by the ancient wisdom of Tantra, Ayurveda and Yogic philosophy. Be ready to feel connected, discover the unknown and flow with a smile.
